  • Renewal Subscriptions: Subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund unless a technical issue with our platform prevents you from accessing the service.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Technical Issues: If you experience ongoing technical issues, and our customer service team is unable to resolve them within 72 hours, you may qualify for a refund. The request must be made within 14 days of the issue arising.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, please contact customer support to process the duplicate payment refund.
